Before the Transformation

Before implementing an integrated ERP, Sipradi’s rapidly growing operations were held back by disconnected systems, manual processes, and zero real-time visibility across the organization.

Island Systems Everywhere

The company ran multiple off-the-shelf and custom-made applications across departments; separate systems for finance, sales, service, spare parts, HR, and warehouse. None of these systems communicated with each other.

Finance Always a Day Behind

Operational data from sales, service, and parts was only transferred to finance after the day’s operations were complete. The accounting team would start their work the next morning; always running on yesterday’s numbers.

No Real-Time Visibility

Management had zero real-time visibility into inventory levels, service bay utilization, parts movement, or financial performance. Decisions were based on gut feeling and delayed reports.
