Before the Transformation

Before implementing an integrated ERP, Sipradi’s rapidly growing operations were held back by disconnected systems, manual processes, and zero real-time visibility across the organization.

Island Systems Everywhere

The company ran multiple off-the-shelf and custom-made applications across departments; separate systems for finance, sales, service, spare parts, HR, and warehouse. None of these systems communicated with each other.

Finance Always a Day Behind

Operational data from sales, service, and parts was only transferred to finance after the day’s operations were complete. The accounting team would start their work the next morning; always running on yesterday’s numbers.

No Real-Time Visibility

Management had zero real-time visibility into inventory levels, service bay utilization, parts movement, or financial performance. Decisions were based on gut feeling and delayed reports.

Service Management in the Dark

Service advisors had no visibility into parts availability, labor capacity, or service history. Workshop scheduling was manual. Warranty tracking was done in spreadsheets.

Go-Live on Dynamics NAV
System goes live on July 16, 2012 with 97 concurrent users. Sales, service, spare parts, finance, and HR all unified on one platform for the first time. 24 man-months of implementation effort.

Expansion & Deepening
