• Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
• 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting, and form creation (Good to have)
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints
• Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams
• Able to configure D365 CRM to meet client requirements
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Team-oriented; willing to align work with team’s priorities and goals

• Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote
• Familiarity with Data Export Service
• Experience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation/project service automation solutions
• Microsoft Certification (Good to have)
• Project Management (Good to have)

• Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
• Architecting the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business’ organizational process;
• Support existing client base with support issues that arise;
• Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance;
• Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients’ satisfaction;
• Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows;
• Developing Power BI / SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML;(Good to have)
• Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to Project Manager.
• Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses.
• Assist in the integration of application components.
• Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirements;
• Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
• Interested in learning and enhancing Microsoft business applications.
