Sales Executive

Job Specifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of software or IT-based sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Goal oriented with extensive B2B sales experience
  • A creative thinker who can function on their own, think independently, and yet is a team player
  • Highly organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Excellent communicator with strong command over both English and Nepali languages
  • Skilled at designing compelling presentations and engaging sales collaterals that inform, attract, and convert prospects 
  • Proficient at developing sales proposals, bidding documents, and product documentation for clients
  • Adept at delivering sales pitches, and managing and nurturing leads throughout the customer journey cycle
  • Prior experience using CRM systems to manage sales process and pipelines is highly preferred

Job Description:


  • Learn in-depth about our solutions, products, and services and how they can benefit customers
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Prepare and delivers sales pitches, software demonstrations, and presentations to prospects 
  • Communicate features and capabilities of solutions effectively while demonstrating the company’s expertise in the sector
  • Lead the discovery process by conducting business process analysis and gap analysis


  • Create and implement plans throughout the sales cycle – from lead generation to conversion 
  • Develop success metrics and communication strategies for new leads, opportunities, and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to keep track of and timely engage all our prospects 
  • Build relationships with customers through active PR and represent Agile Solutions at official events and meetings
  • Regularly achieve sales target and accurately forecast sales performance to improve conversion rate 
  • Identify partner collaboration opportunities and leverage market outreach possibilities within and beyond our professional network
  • Develop high-level sales proposals, quotations, and project agreements for clients that communicate clearly the full scope of the project
  • Prepare comprehensive product documentations, presentations, sales pitches, and feature catalogs 
  • Lead the bidding and tender process by preparing high-quality bid documents that strengthen Agile’s application
  • Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system


  • Act as the branding ambassador by ensuring all documents and assets adhere to the company’s branding guidelines
  • Work closely with the Marketing team in delivering consistent, compelling messaging through advertising, public relations, events, relationship marketing, internal communications, packaging, and branding.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing content across marketing channels to develop and launch campaigns that help improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand image
  • Build strategic alliance with local and foreign partners. Formulate proper strategies and realistic plans to expand business overseas especially into South-Asian and East-Asian countries
  • Assist in building marketing lists and campaigns to communicate with the right prospects at the right time
