The ideal candidate will have the following skills necessary to excel at this opportunity:

• A minimum of 1 year of software or IT-based sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Goal oriented with extensive B2B sales experience
• A creative thinker who can function on their own, think independently, and yet is a team player
• Excellent communicator with strong command over both English and Nepali languages
• Skilled at designing compelling presentations and engaging sales collaterals that inform, attract, and convert prospects
• Proficient at developing sales proposals, bidding documents, and product documentation for clients
• Adept at delivering sales pitches, and managing and nurturing leads throughout the customer journey cycle
• Prior experience using CRM systems to manage sales process and pipelines is highly preferred

• Learn in-depth about our solutions, products, and services and how they can benefit customers
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, software demonstrations, and presentations to prospects
• Create and implement plans throughout the sales cycle – from lead generation to conversion
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to keep track of and timely engage all our prospects
• Build relationships with customers through active PR and represent Agile Solutions at official events and meetings
• Develop sales proposals, quotations, and project agreements for clients that communicate clearly the full scope of the project
• Prepare comprehensive product documentations, presentations, sales pitches, and feature catalogs
• Work closely with the Marketing team in delivering consistent, compelling messaging for our brands and products
• Assist in preparing and distributing marketing content across different channels to develop and launch campaigns
