Sales Associate

Job Specifications:

  • More than or equals to 1 year of experience working in product sales/ B2B sales
  • Goal-oriented and motivated at contributing to organizational success through sales
  • A self-driven individual able to think and act independently while inspiring new ideas
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to best sales practices while gathering knowledge about our products, solutions, and services
  • Excellent communicator with strong command over both English and Nepali languages
  • Good writing skills with prior experience developing sales proposals and product documentations are highly preferred

Job Description:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings and demo with potential clients 
  • Maintaining customer data in the CRM system as well as monitoring the sales cycle
  • Assisting in preparing and delivering appropriate presentations to inform/engage prospects
  • Follow up with potential customers, via phone and email, assist with queries and steer the sales pipeline
  • Assist marketing team in developing product documentations, sales and marketing collaterals, and bidding documents
  • Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborating with marketing and project teams to achieve better results
  • Nurturing new prospects and existing customers via email marketing, telemarketing, and other platforms to create new revenue opportunities
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and building Agile’s market reputation as trusted advisors
  • Keeping management informed by submitting weekly/monthly sales performance reports, call or email reports
