Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HR Officer
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical, people management and problem solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of HRM tools and labor laws
The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources function of the company and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s objectives.
Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts
Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs
Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive employee experience in the organization
Designing, directing and managing company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management
Works closely with the department heads and functional managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interactions with the employees who report to them
Administering the HRIS system and utilizing it to eliminate administrative tasks and maintain effective communication with the staffs and meet other needs of the organization.
Working closely with department heads to plan, execute and monitor the appraisal of employee
Conducting regular HR audits; scheduling periodic meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors and taking necessary disciplinary actions
Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work
Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
