Business Development Executive

Job Requirements:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An  MBA would be a plus. 
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the  IT industry or software consulting services. 
  • Prior experience using CRM systems to manage the sales process and pipelines is highly  preferred. 
  • A creative thinker who can function independently, think strategically, and yet is a  collaborative team player. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas  in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term  client relationships. 

Job Description:

  • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling,  networking events, industry research, and referrals. 
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospects, highlighting  the unique value proposition of our services. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and delivery  teams, to develop effort estimations that meet client requirements. 
  • Create and implement plans throughout the sales cycle – from lead generation to conversion. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to  identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. 
  • Assist in preparing and distributing marketing content across different channels to develop  and launch campaigns.
